    First of all, I do want to say thank you for teaching the class and motivating me to push me to my limit.

    First Day:

    I would have to say that the first day of class was the hardest exercise routine I have ever done. I have ran a half marathon, a marathon and given birth and those three experiences did not prepare me for your class. My whole body felt like a noodle afterwards and I was in pain for 2 days.
